As throughout the CTS network, public transport regulations apply on board Flex’hop vehicles. For safety reasons, transporting bulky items is not permitted. You may be asked to keep your luggage on your lap.

To use the service, you must either hold a Carte Mobilité Inclusion (CMI), or have been approved in advance by the Eurométropole de Strasbourg’s access commission, based on an assessment of your ability to travel.

The driver will wait for you in the street outside your home and will drop you off at the requested address on the pavement.

You must be on the pavement 10 minutes before the vehicle arrives. Assistance is provided to help you board and settle into the vehicle.

In certain specific cases, and after approval by the access commission, you may benefit from a "door-to-door" service: the driver will collect you at your front door and accompany you to the door of your destination.
