Planning transport for an educational outing requires specific procedures depending on the location of your school.

Whether you are a primary school, middle school or high school located within the Eurometropolis of Strasbourg or elsewhere in the Bas-Rhin area, this page outlines the public transport solutions dedicated to educational institutions and the arrangements for organising your pupils’ journey.

Your school is located within the Eurométropole de Strasbourg

Step 1 — Request your school code

Send an email with the subject line “Code request”.
In your message, please include:

  • Name of the school
  • Your first and last name
  • Your role (contact person)
Send a mail

Step 2 — Receive your unique code

You will receive by email a reusable school code for all your future school trips.
⚠️ Please keep it safe.

Step 3 — Submit your request online

You will immediately receive:

  • A confirmation email
  • A travel authorisation for your pupils and accompanying staff

  • The form link remains valid for your future requests.
  • Please submit your requests in advance (even though the travel document is generated immediately).
  • Requests cannot be made more than 3 months before the trip.
  • Young people aged 4 to 17 residing in the Eurometropolis and holding a free subscription may travel using their personal pass.

Your school is located outside the Eurométropole or in Kehl

Two options are available

Discounted group fare

  • Group of 10 people (children under 12 + max. 3 accompanying adults)
  • One-way journey (return not included)
  • Valid for 1 hour after validation
  • €15.40 per ticket

Pack of 30 Pro tickets

  • 30 one-way journeys
  • Valid for 1 hour after validation
  • With or without transfers
  • €53.50 per booklet

How to order

With a CTS account

  • Chorus purchase order (SIRET number + legal commitment + service code required)

Without a CTS account

  • Cash payment with collection at the CTS agency

Delivery times

  • Postal delivery: up to 3 weeks
