If your Badgéo card (Solo or Multi) contains several packs of tickets, the validator will only show the number of trips remaining in the current pack.
For example, if you have two 10-ticket packs, it will display "9 trips remaining" after your validation, not "19 trips".
Check the full contents of your Badgéo card:
- At a ticket machine: insert your card and select "Info Support" or "View my profile", depending on the machine.
- Online: log into (or create) your CTS customer account, then go to My online services > Contents of a Badgéo card.
