Please contact your employer to obtain the Employer Mobility Plan subscription form.
Once the form has been completed and signed, you can return it to us so that automatic transmission of your purchase certificates between CTS and your employer can be set up.

Please note: subscription to this plan is only possible if your season ticket is paid by direct debit.

• If your school is located within the Eurométropole de Strasbourg:

Sept 1:

Send an email to polecommercial@cts-strasbourg.fr with the subject line "code request".
In the body of the email, include:

• the name of the school.
• your surname and first name.
• your role (contact person).

Sept 2:

You will receive a unique code by email. Keep it safe - it is valid for your school and can be reused for future outings.
