CTS SERVICES

Flex’hop, Mobistras, P+R, Evening & Night Routes, School Routes

Can I travel with a companion on Mobistras?

Yes. In some situations (significant disorientation, risk of falling, carrying heavy loads, etc.), the commission may consider a personal companion essential.

This particularly applies if:

  • you cannot reach the pick-up or drop-off point on your own, or
  • you cannot remain alone in the vehicle.

Occasional companion:
If the commission has not approved a free personal companion, or if you do not hold a Carte Mobilité Inclusion (CMI) marked "requires accompaniment", you may still travel with a companion on an exceptional basis, subject to availability.

Companion fares:

  • Free of charge if the commission has recognised that you require a mandatory companion.
  • Free of charge if you hold a CMI Invalidité marked "requires accompaniment".
  • Chargeable in all other cases: the companion must hold a valid CTS ticket or subscription.
