How does Flex’hop 72 work ?

Route 72 offers a service halfway between a regular bus route and demand-responsive transport.

To access the La Wantzenau business park, the “Gutenberg” and “La Wantzenau ZA” stops on Route 72 are served on request only.

From Strasbourg or La Wantzenau, this is the easiest way to reach the business park. The other stops on Route 72 are served according to the usual timetable.

Scenario 1 – You are already on the bus and wish to travel to a FLEX’HOP stop:

When boarding a Route 72 bus (towards La Wantzenau Le Golf), simply inform the driver which Flex’hop stop you wish to reach.

Scenario 2 – You wish to depart from the La Wantzenau ZA or Gutenberg stops:

Bookings can be made up to 15 days before departure and up to 1 hour before the desired time.

We recommend arriving at the stop 5 minutes before the scheduled time.

Access to the Flex’hop service requires a valid CTS ticket or subscription.
