CTS SERVICES

Flex’hop, Mobistras, P+R, Evening & Night Routes, School Routes

How does the Flex’hop service work?

The Flex’hop service complements the CTS bus and tram network. It offers direct connections between more than 300 stops across 25 municipalities of the Eurométropole de Strasbourg.

The service is accessible with a valid CTS ticket or subscription.

✅ When can I book a Flex’hop journey?
Booking is only possible if no equivalent alternative is available via:
•    A regular CTS service.
•    An Al&Rtour school route.
•    A Fluo Grand Est 67 coach service.
•    Or if the waiting time for the regular service exceeds one hour.

➡️ If another suitable option exists, you must use the regular network instead.
Use our journey planner to find the alternative that best meets your needs.

✅ Flex’hop connectors: specific rules
Some stops, called Flex’hop connectors (marked with a star on the map), link municipalities to the CTS network or an SNCF station. Their use is subject to specific rules:
•    They are only accessible to or from neighbouring municipalities (see list).
•    Journeys between two connectors are not permitted.
•    If your journey includes a connector, check that your departure or arrival stop is compatible.
➡️ If not, combine Flex’hop + the regular network to reach your destination.

All information is available on the Flex’hop page.
