How do I apply for or renew my solidarity fare entitlement?

You can apply or renew your entitlement:

• Online: log into (or create) your CTS customer account and follow the steps.
• At the CTS agency: 9 Place Saint-Pierre-Le-Vieux, Strasbourg.

Documents required:

• Your Badgéo card (or your child/children’s card), if you go to the agency.
• If you do not yet have a Badgéo card, a recent ID photo is required to issue one.
• Users of Badgéo on mobile are not required to present a physical card.

• Proof of identity or family record book (for your child/children).
• For CAF beneficiaries: a CAF payment certificate dated within the last 3 months.
  ⚠️ Please note that family quotient certificates are not accepted.⚠️ 
• For non-CAF beneficiaries or non-grant students: a valid Unique Family Quotient certificate issued by the Eurométropole de Strasbourg, showing the "CTS Value". To obtain your Unique Family Quotient, visit: strasbourg.eu/tarification-solidaire.fr.
• For grant-funded students: your grant notification for the current academic year (levels 1-7).
• For Persons with Reduced Mobility (PRM): include a double-sided copy of your valid CMI Invalidité card or your 80% disability card issued by the MDPH.
