How do I set up a direct debit for a CTS subscription?

You can set up a direct debit either at the CTS agency or directly from your online customer account.

  • You don’t have a Badgéo card yet?

Before activating a direct debit, you must first create a Badgéo card.
You have two options:

    • Online : log into (or create) a CTS customer account, go to "Order a Badgéo Card", and follow the steps. 
      Creating a card oline is free. 
      You can choose to collect it at the agency (Click & Collect) or have it delivered to your home within a few days 
    • At the CTS agency : 9 Place Saint-Pierre-Le-Vieux Strasbourg. 
      Creating a Badgéo card at the agency incurs a card-creation fee. Your card is issued immediately. 

🗒️Documents required in all cases :

    • Proof of identity.
    • A recent photo.
    • Your bank details.
    • A SEPA mandate.
    • Proof of entitlement to solidarity fares, if applying for a reduced-fare subscription.

 

  • You already have a Badgéo card ?

You can set up a direct debit:

    • Online : log into (or create) a CTS customer account on the website or via the CTS app and follow the steps.
    • At the CTS agency : 9 Place Saint-Pierre-Le-Vieux, Strasbourg.

🗒️Documents required in all cases :

    • Your Badgéo card (and/or any cards concerned by the request), except for Badgéo on mobile users. 
    • Your ban details (RIB).
    • A SEPA mandate.
    • Proof of entitlement to solidarity fares, if applying for a reduced-fare subscription.
