What should I do if my family quotient changes?

Has your family quotient decreased and made you eligible for a greater discount?


Case 1 -You have a subscription that you purchase each month.
To update your eligibility, send your new certificate:

  • Online: log into (or create) a CTS customer account on the website or via the CTS app, then go to My online services > Solidarity fare > Make a request. Processing time: 72 hours.
  • At a CTS agency: processed immediately. Don’t forget to bring all affected Badgéo cards.

 

 

Case 2 - You have a subscription paid by direct debit.

To update your eligibility, you have two options:

  • Online, via your CTS customer account:
    Click on My online services > Initial request or update of social fare > Set up or renew direct debit.
    A message will inform you of the effective cancellation date of your current subscription. Then follow the instructions to update your new monthly payment.

  • At a CTS agency: bring your new certificate, your bank details (RIB), and the Badgéo card (as well as those of any dependants, if applicable).

 

Important: the new fare linked to your updated family quotient does not apply retroactively.
