Mobistras is a public transport service operated with specially adapted vehicles.

It is intended for individuals who find it difficult or even impossible to use the regular CTS network.

This service is reserved for registered customers who meet the eligibility criteria.

It allows eligible users to book door-to-door journeys between two addresses located within one of the 33 municipalities of the Eurometropolis of Strasbourg or in downtown of Kehl.

Customers are picked up directly at the address they provide—there is no need to go to a bus stop. The vehicle waits at the curb, and the driver assists the customer in boarding.

In certain cases, when approved by the commission, the driver may pick up the customer directly at their front door (under specific conditions).

Mobistras operates from Monday to Sunday, from 5 a.m. to midnight, every day of the year, including public holidays, except on May 1st.
