Many of you think that you can carry out your commercial procedures at the CTS head office (14 rue de la Gare aux Marchandises in Strasbourg)...
We would like to remind you that all commercial procedures accompanied by a CTS agent can only be carried out at the agency located at 9 Place Saint-Pierre-Le-Vieux in Strasbourg (tram B/F - Alt Winmärik station).
We also recommend that you carry out your procedures 100% online from your customer account on our website, if this is possible for you. You'll save time ;-)

If your rights are already up to date and you already have a card, use the CTS app to top up your Badgéo card or that of a friend or family member. You can do it at any time of day, wherever you are!
It's very simple: open the CTS app, click on the blue ‘Load onto your Badgéo card’ button and follow the steps.
