HOW DO I VALIDATE MY TICKET ON THE CTS NETWORK?

Validation is not optional !

 

On the CTS network, I validate :

  • each time I get on
  • even when changing buses or tramway
  • even if I have a season ticket

 

In tramway or G and H buses

 

  • With a Contactless Ticket or Badgéo card : I validate at the stop.

  • With the CTS app :
    • « My Tickets » : I validate on the platform, with the back of my smartphone.
    • « Immediate departure » : Purchase of a QR code automatically validates your ticket.

 

In buses, Chron’hop and Hibus, Flex’hop and Taxibus services

 

  • With a Contactless Ticket or Badgéo card : I validate on board.

  • With the CTS app :
    • « My Tickets » : I validate on board, with the back of my smartphone.
    • « Immediate departure » : I validate on board by scanning the QR code under the validator.

In Chron’hop buses : Validation at any door.
