Why activate your online services.

 


Online services will allow you to:


  • Change the personal data in your customer account,
  • Renew your entitlements on line,
  • Consult the tickets in your Badgéo card,
  • Download notices of direct debit,
  • View your order history and obtain a receipt,
  • Apply for a refund,
  • Be reminded of the expiry of your card or entitlements.
 

You can access this service on your own behalf or on behalf of another person.
To benefit from these services, simply sign into your customer account and activate your online services in the “My Account” section.
